It's great to have multiple things in one so I don't have to take so many different supplements. Wish it would also have resveritol in it, but I also understand there are tons of other beneficial ingredients that could be added and you have to draw a line somewhere
I decided to go ahead and try Our 7 because of the top ingredients and top quality of the product. I haven't been using it very long, and am using it at the basic level, but have noticed a strange "coincidence" after starting. I had started having a lot of sensitivity in my mouth about a month ago. It's mostly disappeared in the last week. Our 7 is the only change in my supplements and routine. I had actually intended to send an email inquiring about a possible connection there to the Our 7 ingredients. It just feels like an almost immediate benefit in an area I hadn't even anticipated, for which I'm very thankful.

I used to be always tired, no energy and felt pain every morning whenever I wake up. When I started taking Our7, these problems were all gone. I couldn't believed it at first but it happened maybe after a week of taking this. I would definitely buy again and again!
I use muscle testing (or applied kinesiology as some call it) for confirming the benefit to the body at specific times of specific supplements, before intending to use them. Some supplements I have ordered end up giving a positive reading only occasionally.
Contrary to that, this obviously well thought out supplement yields a consistently positive response so far every time, leaving me wondering about the rotation principle that the formulators often recommend in general.
But I am not getting any indication so far that it is time, for a while, to switch out with something else comparable. Actually, I am not even sure there is anything else comparable. Maybe for me this is a staple?
