I take many supps for several different health reasons. Ive found that OUR SEVEN has the combination IN ONE product! Ive now been able to pare down the number of supps because of the ingredients in OUR SEVEN. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out!!!! I subscribed to Our 7 when it came out because I have listened to a number of webinars hosted by Ryan Sternagle and I know that he has opted for the best quality and combination of ingredients possible. I trust Our 7 to have honest ingredients from whole food sources. Not many supplements come in glass bottles - nice! The only thing of concern is that the label shows microcrystalline cellulose, which is derived from refined wood pulp. I'd rather see something using purely vegetable capsules, but perhaps that is a small matter.
It has been a month now using this product -- a product that has been quite beneficial for me: improved immune system, increased endurance, less fatigue, and even cost wise -- having to purchase less single herbal products -- now that I have this combination in Our 7. I consider it as a multi-herbal product to supplement my daily diet. I presently take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm with meals. A well-crafted product.

I take a bunch of supplements and to be honest I sometimes to forget to take certain ones. I love this one because it has all 7 in one, and makes it so much easier. The sternagels are so passionate about their health and helping others so I completely trust them.
It took me awhile to order this product, because I was already taking some of the same supplements individually. It is much better to take this one product, than several different ones. Recently, I took the Our7 to a practitioner in my Naturopathic Dr’s office. She uses a Bioscan machine to test supplements and also tests different systems in the body, to determine what is out of balance. When she tested the Our7, she said it tested very well and also said, this is a very good company. I was pleased. I trust the Sternagels, because they worked hard and went against the medical establishment, to do what was right for their 1 year old son, who had stage 4 cancer. If they hadn’t have done that, he may have not been here. I admire anyone who goes to those great lengths. That is why I trust their products, because of their passion for health. I decided to order this product after following their story on IG. I was looking for a product to help support my body from inflammation caused by chronic stress. I’ve noticed since I started almost 3 months ago that I have sustained energy on my weekly mountain bike rides.. Another bonus I don’t get the occasional headaches I was experiencing anymore!

I recently talked to Dr. Tims specifically about Our 7 product we both are using and surprisingly Dr. Tims said he recently saw Ryan at a convention and was learning more about Ryan's product and Dr. Tims actually gives the product approval not only for us to continue but may be having his other patients check it out. That was a huge approval for us to continue taking the product and confirming we made the right decision. And, I think it is really cool that there is a connection with me following Ryan and now a doctor I am seeing knowing Ryan as well. I have been taking Our 7 for about two weeks. The most immediate effect I noticed was that it acted as a probiotic. Consequently, my digestive system has improved. The contents such as tumeric, ginseng, selenium, green tea, black pepper, etc. are top anti-inflammatory ingredients. Overall my rating for Our 7 is excellent. I highly recommend it as a beneficial supplement.
I REALLY like this supplement! I've noticed an subtle increase in energy and more balanced mood. I'm sleeping better. It's helping with perimenopause symptoms. What I love most is knowing that the ingredients are meticulously researched and sourced and that I don't have to go research and find them individually. Very happy to have found this!
I was so excited to see that Ryan developed his own product! I have been following his story and webinars for years following my best friends diagnosis of cancer. I cannot say enough about the quality and transparency of the information Ryan shares (and believe me I researched behind it) and expect nothing less with his product. I've been taking Our 7 for about a week and was not only excited but also relieved that I've had NO side effects. I was already taking some of these supplements separately so I'm glad to eliminate those and use a better combination of quality ingredients that I feel safe taking. This is one of the few supplements I have taken and have received such positive results over such a short period of time: improved concentration, focus, mental and physical energy, and a more restful sleep are some of the effects. I usually take three capsules with my first meal of the day or with a morning vegetable-based smoothie. I do suspect that the synergy of the various ingredients included, and, for me, the curcumin with the black pepper have made a difference in the bioavailability of the product. I ordered as a one-time product, but have decided to sign up for a subscription. I will also not hesitate to introduce this product to others. We just received our order of Our 7, so have not yet started using it. I specifically bought it for my husband who has cancer but I intend to take a lower dose for general wellness. I love the comprehensive list of ingredients and after being a member of Going Integrative Plus for almost a year, have complete trust in Ryan Sternagel’s integrity and desire to help others in many ways including a supplement formulation. His difficult journey with his son Ryder have paved the way for him to support others in ways that weren’t available to him and Teddy.

I would like to thank the makers of OUR 7 for sending me their product in a timely manner. What I experienced while taking OUR 7 was two factors that were huge likes on my part. First is I experienced a lift in energy. I have chronic pain and although this product didn't relieve me from my pain, it did give me a much needed energy boost to help get me through my tasks throughout the day. Now with that being said, I will also add that with the boost in energy, I found that I was walking more often and in time I was doing more exercising which in turn helped in my recovery journey from multiple surgeries throughout the post 8 years. I can honestly say that OUR 7 was beneficial in my recovery for what it provided for me. More Energy. Thank you for your help with this.
Now Secondly: An unexpected and pleasant surprise was that it may have been responsible for my decreased desire to consume sweets. Yes I love my ice cream and I eat it like no one’s business. The good news for me is that after a week of taking OUR 7, I was no longer craving sugars. This was a surprise to me as I was not taking OUR 7 for this purpose, but it is a side effect that I am greatly happy for. It has been about five months since I started taking OUR 7 and I am still not craving any sweets. Again, thank you for helping me kick sugars.

I don't know that I had any real expectation when I started taking Our 7.
I've not had any cancer present since surgery in 2007.
But Ryan and Teddy Sternagel are known for their integrity and passion in the alternative health care industry.
They had developed a supplement so I thought it a good idea to try it.
All I know is that within a few days of taking it, my hearing was better.
I realized that my sinuses had cleared considerably allowing for better auditory capacity.
I am 70 now. I only take one l capsule a day.
Two if I am not feeling well, one per meal
I have been following Ryan for over 2 years now and have complete faith in all of his research and information he provides for the betterment of all of us.
