I take many supps for several different health reasons. Ive found that OUR SEVEN has the combination IN ONE product! Ive now been able to pare down the number of supps because of the ingredients in OUR SEVEN. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out!!!! I would like to thank the makers of OUR 7 for sending me their product in a timely manner. What I experienced while taking OUR 7 was two factors that were huge likes on my part. First is I experienced a lift in energy. I have chronic pain and although this product didn't relieve me from my pain, it did give me a much needed energy boost to help get me through my tasks throughout the day. Now with that being said, I will also add that with the boost in energy, I found that I was walking more often and in time I was doing more exercising which in turn helped in my recovery journey from multiple surgeries throughout the post 8 years. I can honestly say that OUR 7 was beneficial in my recovery for what it provided for me. More Energy. Thank you for your help with this.
Now Secondly: An unexpected and pleasant surprise was that it may have been responsible for my decreased desire to consume sweets. Yes I love my ice cream and I eat it like no one’s business. The good news for me is that after a week of taking OUR 7, I was no longer craving sugars. This was a surprise to me as I was not taking OUR 7 for this purpose, but it is a side effect that I am greatly happy for. It has been about five months since I started taking OUR 7 and I am still not craving any sweets. Again, thank you for helping me kick sugars.

I don't know that I had any real expectation when I started taking Our 7.
I've not had any cancer present since surgery in 2007.
But Ryan and Teddy Sternagel are known for their integrity and passion in the alternative health care industry.
They had developed a supplement so I thought it a good idea to try it.
All I know is that within a few days of taking it, my hearing was better.
I realized that my sinuses had cleared considerably allowing for better auditory capacity.
I am 70 now. I only take one l capsule a day.
Two if I am not feeling well, one per meal

I have been taking a turmeric supplement for years but decided to try Ryan and Teddy’s OUR7 because it had all the other supplements that I had and take rotationally…like quercetin, astragalus, selenium and grape seed extract. I’m77 and feel like 57. I play tennis twice a week, hike and do yard work daily. I take OUR7 every day and believe it has reduced inflammation and keeps my body moving freely! I’m a subscriber now!

I was able to remove a couple of bottles of supplements I was taking off my shelf since they are included in Our 7 at the same or higher doses. Over ten years ago I was diagnosed with my first autoimmune condition and shortly afterward several more. It's great to have multiple things in one so I don't have to take so many different supplements. Wish it would also have resveritol in it, but I also understand there are tons of other beneficial ingredients that could be added and you have to draw a line somewhere
I decided to go ahead and try Our 7 because of the top ingredients and top quality of the product. I haven't been using it very long, and am using it at the basic level, but have noticed a strange "coincidence" after starting. I had started having a lot of sensitivity in my mouth about a month ago. It's mostly disappeared in the last week. Our 7 is the only change in my supplements and routine. I had actually intended to send an email inquiring about a possible connection there to the Our 7 ingredients. It just feels like an almost immediate benefit in an area I hadn't even anticipated, for which I'm very thankful.
