Over ten years ago I was diagnosed with my first autoimmune condition and shortly afterward several more. I have been struggling with symptoms of the diseases, many food intolerances and pain since then. It's great to have multiple things in one so I don't have to take so many different supplements. Wish it would also have resveritol in it, but I also understand there are tons of other beneficial ingredients that could be added and you have to draw a line somewhere
I decided to go ahead and try Our 7 because of the top ingredients and top quality of the product. I haven't been using it very long, and am using it at the basic level, but have noticed a strange "coincidence" after starting. I had started having a lot of sensitivity in my mouth about a month ago. It's mostly disappeared in the last week. Our 7 is the only change in my supplements and routine.
